Pasaron 25 primaveras desde que unos cuantos médicos principiantes nos licenciaramos, pero también se cumplieron 25 años de aquel Naranjito: el 13 de junio de 1982, día de San Antonio, se inauguró el Mundial de España. Yo sólo tenía veintiocho años cuando se celebró. Parece que fue ayer, y aunque olvidamos algunas cosas, las imágenes que llegan a mi memoria no están muy deformadas, porque recuerdo que el tal Naranjito me caía muy mal y, ahora, al volver a verlo tras muchísimos años sin cruzarme con el cítrico futbolista, me sigue pareciendo una estampa de los más rancia. Igual que los cromos del Mundial, ha sobrevivido en la memoria todo este tiempo, pero ha envejecido mucho y prácticamente se cae a pedazos.
